My name is Tony Cannon (owner & operator), born and raised in La Jolla,CA. I gained my knowledge about construction from working in commercial construction for over a decade. After that I spent many years in the San Diego & Las Vegas hospitality scene as a VIP marketing host. Beautiful day for a home inspection in the desert
🌵🔎🌴 The views in Palm Springs never disappoint and the ones from this home were nothing short of amazing. Getting to inspect and tell the story of a home from 1976 that sits on 1 acre lot in the most desirable neighborhood of Andreas Hills on the South End of Palm Springs was such a special treat. The icing on the cake was getting too talk with the wonderful clients and agents, talking them through the process and defects is a crucial part of what a home inspector does. Communication is everything!

INSPECTION DAY 🎉 This 5,000sq foot 3 bedroom & 4 bathroom gem is tucked away in Artisan, which is a sophisticated enclave of contemporary architectural homes in the heart of Rancho Mirage.
This house has stunning features with breathtaking views, it was a treat getting to do a on this beauty.
Have to give a major shout out to , none of this would be possible without them, amazing people & company!!
