Since beginning her real estate career in 2015, Necol has been a hit with her clients, earning Real Producer magazine’s Rising Star Award and being recognized many times as a top producer in Southern California. She weaves a background in hospitality with a genuine care for the people she serves into a gratifying boutique experience for all involved. She’s closed more than 100 transactions in her career and earns her sellers an average of 5% over list price. Necol was raised to know the value of hard work, determination, integrity, and resilience, and she honed her people-first approach while navigating a career in sales at Hilton Hotels. It was there that she also gained valuable expertise in management, contract negotiations, and how to exceed client expectations. She expanded those skills as the CEO of a company she founded, Global Conference Solutions, where she connected clients with ideal cities and properties in which to hold their gatherings. After buying and selling two homes of her own and experiencing an upside of $180,000, Necol realized she could join her love of sales and people while making a real impact on people’s lives. Each year since, she has dedicated herself to her real estate education, including becoming certified through Temecula Trekkers, which gives her insight into every aspect of the city and its real estate. Necol specializes in luxury and custom homes throughout Temecula Wine Country and has a talent for helping her clients choose interiors and upgrades. Her latest custom partnership is with The Grove, which boasts 37 expansive homesites. Necol lives with her husband, three children, one cat, and three dogs in Temecula County, where she enjoys volunteering at her church, her children’s school, and with the local Boy Scouts of America troop. In her free time, Necol likes to bake, explore local restaurants, and enjoy the company of friends, family, and her pets.
