This one is a perfect example of why representation matters.
My client was very clear on two things: ✔️ She wanted new construction
✔️ She did NOT want an HOA
If you know California… that’s not easy. Most new construction communities come with HOA.
So the RES Wealthy Team went to work — connecting with builders, researching communities, and we found the right opportunity in the exact city she wanted… new construction with no HOA. ✅
Now here’s where the advocacy comes in…
The builder was offering $15,000 in incentives tied to their preferred lender, and initially, they said those incentives wouldn’t apply to my client’s situation.
But we pushed. We asked the right questions. We advocated.
✔️ They honored the $15,000 incentive anyway
Which allowed my client to apply those funds toward upgrades like solar and additional appliances.
That’s the difference.
A lot of people think, “I’ll just go directly to the builder.”
But the truth is — having the right representation changes the outcome.
