This week, the median list price in Temecula (92591) is $814,500, with inventory rising to 72 homes. The market has cooled recently, and prices have plateaued. While we’re still in a seller’s market, demand has softened, leading to slight price dips. If buyer interest picks up, prices may rebound. However, if demand weakens further, we could see more downward pressure on prices.
