It’s called a DSCR, Debt Service Coverage Ratio- no income mortgage loan and it’s for investors. You Qualify based on rental income only! No personal income needed to qualify. You just need a minimum of 20% down.

Did you know that when you purchase a duplex, triplex or quadplex and live in one unit, the other units count as income and help qualify you for a higher purchase price? You can find these for as low as $350,000 in Southern California. As a bonus, you can use your VA loan as long as you live there!
