This lady called me “bawling” about her home.

I could tell right away she was having a nervous breakdown.

She told me a story I’ve heard over and over again... (read more)

She was simple and had a really big heart. She told me, she used to struggle just to get by and worked hard to save up and buy her first home.

Her intentions were to find a nice hard working couple that needed a break.

She posted an ad and thought she found the perfect match for her home.

This couple had fallen on hard times and “appeared” to be good ole’ honest folk just like her.

They mailed her a check and, in good faith, they moved in.

The deal was set up for them to pay their rent every two weeks to match their paydays.

A month went by and nothing arrived in the mailbox.

Then another month....
..and another month...

3 months later and she STILL hasn’t received a dime!

NOW she has to sue these “squatters” just to get back in her own home!

The sad part is...
..these people don’t care about her house.

Chances are when she gets it back the home will have damages and cost her months of rent repairing the property.

I listened as best as I could, but there was nothing I could do.

I apologized to her and eventually she disconnected.

It’s stories like this that inspired me to create a guide or “something” to help soon to be landlords avoid the same nightmares I’ve had to deal with for our clients.
