Hi I'm Vina Belardes, I'm a realtor in Temecula CA, also known as the wine country of Southern California. We have beautiful wineries, Pechanga resort & casino and many awesome golf courses! I'm a California native and grew up in West Los Angeles and have lived in various parts of LA and Orange County before moving to Temecula with my husband and beautiful twin daughters. So what led me to become a realtor? Well, I had built a successful career in business development in the airline industry for over 20 years. It afforded me the opportunity to develop and become skilled at contract negotiation, customer service, management and relationship building. My husband and I personally experienced the 2009 real estate market crash. It was a terrible time in our lives, so much we had worked for and took pride in was gone! It made me realize that with this personal experience, my interior design background, business development skill and most of all my passion for helping people, that real estate was the perfect fit for me.
