We hear a lot about today’s interest rates, but have you ever looked at where they’ve been historically?

Believe it or not, mortgage rates reached over 16% in the 1980s! While today’s rates may seem high compared to the record lows we experienced just a few years ago, history tells a different story.

The reality is, there’s never been a perfect time to buy or sell real estate. Every market presents its own challenges and opportunities.

💡 My advice? Don’t try to time the market. Make your real estate decisions based on your financial goals, lifestyle, and long term plans.

Remember, you can potentially refinance your interest rate down the road, but you can’t go back and purchase a home at yesterday’s price.
