As the year draws to a close, I considered it essential to conclude my business page activities with this final post. The attached picture showcases me engaging in my passion - teaching young individuals the delight of movement and music through dance. When I embarked on my journey to become a teacher two years ago, I didn't anticipate that my diverse experiences would align so seamlessly with my future profession. Although deciding not to renew my real estate license was challenging, given the fond memories of helping numerous families, I am grateful for the lasting friendships and the opportunity to witness families grow. Nonetheless, I feel fulfilled knowing I'm pursuing my calling.

If you have been wondering why all of a sudden I stopped posting on this account, well here is why…

In April 2022, I got a job at a local elementary school to play and engage with kids from 6am to 9am before they started their school day. I thought this would be a fun way to earn a little extra play money for all the live performances and traveling I would like to do.

I continued my real estate business, as you know how much I love helping people with buying and selling their largest financial asset, and most of all educating first time homebuyers!

The more time I spent with these amazing little humans the more I knew that God was guiding me down a new path. I started researching different schools and started the enrollment process at WGU. A few short weeks later I received an email from the school district that there was a grant program for classified employees to become certified employees (teachers). I applied and was accepted into the program.

I went back to school in November 2022 and I am now 76% done with my degree. I have had the privilege of being in a classroom this month and while the days are long, I look forward to it everyday! I will begin student teaching in the fall and will graduate at the end of 2024!

With all of this happening I have had to do some careful thinking about what my real estate business looks like and how I can best serve my family of past clients. It is imperative that you are taken care of with the utmost of CARE, and I don’t feel that I can do that at this time. Therefore, I am no longer a Realtor; however, I’m still a real estate agent (another post will explain the difference). This means that I can refer you to the best Realtors in the nation. I have made several connections in other states to assist my family of clients to purchase and sell both in and outside of CA, and my goal is to have a quality Realtor in all 50 states to help you.

Who knows I might come back part-time in the future, but for now know that I can still help make sure you are well taken care of and have a great Realtor helping you!

Happy Veterans Day to all those who have served! I love that the school I work at shows their appreciation with this sign by . One of my favorite things to do is to place the flags in our community of Redhawk, for we would not have the freedoms we do today without our military men and women’s service to our country ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸
