This is a cool part of history. My clients bought a house that used to be military housing. Built in 1952 America was coming out of WW2 and entering Th e Korean War. This is a poster showing what to do in the case of an air raid by enemy. With all the uncertainty going on right now this puts things into perspective. Imagine if the government came out and gave instructions in case of an air raid in today’s age. I bet no one would be buying toilet paper.

My clients were astounded at what a perfect fit this home is for them. They were so happy to hear that is was only one owner (which is extremely rare for this age of a house), we recently got our hands on some original photos and they are going to frame them. I think that this is absolutely amazing, I love history and the idea of what has come before me. I’m always so intrigued by people’s stories and where they came from. My clients are the same way, so finding this home for them feels like fate!

What an honor it is to have won a ‘best in the biz’ award. Thank you to everyone that voted. This year was absolutely huge for me, I honestly feel like it was 2 years rather than 1. I am ready for 2020 to help even more families reach their goals, and to reach my own personal goals. Cheers everyone. Thank you for the opportunity, and thank you for being the kick ass crew that you are.

So, so happy for my client. She came to me with full disclosure that she had interviewed 6 different agents before me. ⁣⁣

The only thing she didn’t like was that I live in San Diego, I explained to her that I work with someone very close that is local. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
After and I sat down at coffee with with her we signed the listing contract, and off we were. Pre-marketed the house and received a full price off before we even officially went live. ⁣

Couldn’t be more happy that my client is happy. She was so worried about it selling. I ensured her over and over to wait until we actually marketed it and look! BOOM! ⁣
