JUST SOLD | 📍Vista, CA

These buyers were referred to me by my past clients and now they get to live a few doors away from each other!

This process took us all over the place and here’s the VERY brief recap:

We were under contract on another home for about 2 months. After an unexpected restriction came up, my clients couldn’t purchase that home.

After putting an offer on this home we just closed on, the appraisal came back lower than our contract price. That meant more negotiations and ultimately we figured out a solution for both buyer and seller😃

They bought the home for $17,000 UNDER ASKING.

Last month my friends and I took a side quest to Big Bear for the weekend and it had me so grateful for living in Southern California🙏🏽

Pretty bummed we didn’t see a singular big bear (not even a small one)

If one thing is for certain it’s that you will never be bored in Southern California

Here’s a crazy fact…Temecula currently has 423 single family homes for sale! This is more inventory than we’ve seen in a while.

Whether that favors you as a buyer or a seller depends on your price point and neighborhood. Buyers have more options and negotiation power and sellers must price correctly.
