I began investing in real estate in the 1980s, building a moderate portfolio that has since grown significantly. In 2004, I took my passion for real estate a step further by becoming a licensed real estate agent in California. I have always had a knack for numbers and what I like to call "finding the money" in any business situation. Over the past four decades, I’ve embarked on a variety of exciti
ng business ventures, ranging from a tech startup to domestic apparel design, nutraceuticals, research pharmaceuticals, agriculture and sport horse imports. Each experience has enriched my professional expertise and personal growth. Educational and Personal Background
My educational background is as diverse as the real estate market itself. From Mathematics and Physics to Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design. I have been married for over 43 years and am blessed with two children and three grandchildren. My family and I reside in Temecula’s Wine Country, just off the scenic De Portola Wine Trail. We are active participants in Temecula’s vibrant equestrian community, where our family members import, train, and compete with sport horses in all levels of Eventing. Life Beyond Real Estate
When I’m not working, my husband and I enjoy staying active through mountain biking, working out, and indulging in our shared love of water sports. As former competitive swimmers, we’ve always been drawn to the water, and I hope to join a Master’s swimming program one day—once I find the perfect “head-to-toe” bathing suit! From dogs to pigs, our “Motley Crew” is a cherished part of the family. While the horses don’t live on our property, they certainly would if space allowed! Challenges and Resilience
Life has presented its share of challenges, but every detour has led to greater blessings. In 2008, I faced an aggressive and potentially terminal cancer diagnosis. After a difficult battle, I emerged cancer-free in 2010—a journey that taught me resilience and gratitude. From 2014 to 2022, I stepped away from my career to care for a family member with Alzheimer’s, an experience that deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to family. Moving Forward
I approach life and business with gratitude, resilience, and a commitment to creating positive change. Whether it’s helping others achieve their financial dreams, supporting my family, or rescuing animals in need, I strive to leave a legacy of goodwill, good works, and charity—with maybe a little money for my loved ones, too.
