Carlos Hernandez is the founder and principal of Atlas Realty & Property Management Inc. Carlos arrived to southern California in 1997 after receiving orders from the United States Marines Corps to report to Camp Pendleton, California. During this time, Carlos has learned intangible qualities consistent with that of an effective and efficient leader. These qualities have earned him the reputation
of tenaciously protecting the Marines he has served with, and now as a real estate broker, the interest of his clients. Savvy negotiations and cutting edge marketing strategies, along with uncompromising integrity are the hallmark of Carlos’ services. As a Marine officer and as a real estate broker, Carlos has earned the respect of those he has worked with not only for his professional track record but for being an honest and hard-working man who strives to do everything necessary to ensure the success of his clients. Carlos specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to broker single-family homes, condominiums and multifamily properties that consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients. In addition to being a successful Marine and Broker, Carlos is an athlete by nature. He loves running outdoors year round and has been an avid weightlifter since his younger years. Carlos loves to spend time with his children; and continually challenges himself by participating in obstacles races such as “Spartan” Sprint, Super and Beast.
