He helped found the firm with his elder brother in 2008. Under their leadership, Menlo Group has expanded to offer buyer/tenant representation, seller/landlord representation, real estate consulting and other commercial real estate services throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and state of Arizona.

A relationship-driven business professional who always puts people first, Mr. Grafton oversees all legal compliance issues, commission disputes, and other similar issues. As one of the company's two principals, his responsibilities include managing the sales team, supporting the advisors involved in commercial transactions, assisting the property management department by establishing and fulfilling new accounts, and helping with procurement.
