Last week we closed on this gorgeous condo in Tempe,AZ 🍾

My first time home buyer Andrea who I met back in college is finally a home owner ✨

It took us a couple homes and 2 offers to get under contract!

There’s SO MUCH that goes into a transaction and I thank my client for trusting the process, for staying curious and patient ✨

Cant wait to see what she does with her place!

Im also grateful that in this industry, I come across amazing agents like listing agent, D’Mitri 🙏🏻

There’s now less buyers competing due to interest rate hike ! 🔥

As projected, due to rates rising in the past 2 weeks (Ive seen rates at the 4%- 5% already! ) Demand has decreased , therefore , inventory increase has been slightly noticed (still below normal).

Lower price points ($250K-$380K ish) have seen less offers because a lot of buyers have been outpriced. Many buyers have been forced to lease instead.

Also! As inflation rises , a lot of stock holders are turning to real estate to invest 🔥

North&Co. Sees these trends on a daily basis! You know your budget, but we know the market!
