I am so happy to say that we were able to get this listing closed. In some situations you don’t get to have a lot of communication with your clients but we found a way to make it work. We went under contract twice and still managed to get our sellers 6 cash offers waiving everything including inspections. Although this was a bit of a different situation, I am thankful I was able to learn so much from this transaction!
