She did it! 👏 👏 👏 Goodbye dorm life and hello home ownership! 🔑 🏡 I am beaming with pride for this talented young lady and I loved helping her through the process of buying her first home! 🌵☀️ There were some ups and downs but we navigated through and in the end she is the proud new owner of the cutest townhouse, complete with a vintage oven (so cool and actually worth quite a bit!) and some outlet in the kitchen that us old folks explained to her used to connect a cord to a phone on the wall called a landline ☎️ 😝 Days like these are my FAVORITE and so much of the reason why I LOVE what I do! 💥 Congratulations Sydney, you have a bright future ahead of you!! ✨✨

🎉 CLOSING DAY 🎉

One of my favorite moments ever is handing keys to my buyers on closing day but it’s even better when the keys are to their FIRST HOME! 🔑 🏡
