One of Amy’s previous careers as an educator allows her to use her expertise as a teacher to educate new businesses on the potential pitfalls when leasing or purchasing commercial real estate. Another past career in the Automotive parts industry allows her to connect well with businesses such as auto repair and sales, HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, landscaping, and other industrial type needs. Amy is exceptionally detailed oriented with a desire to help all kinds of businesses find the right property to be successful. Amy received the Best Agent Award in 2020 and 2021. She has also been in member of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women – NAPMW since 2018. Amy served as President of the Phoenix Association from 2022 – 2024. During her Presidency, Amy grew her local association from 12 members to 48 members. In 2023, Amy was the recipient of The National Spirit Award for exceptional growth of her local association. In 2025, Amy received the National Dorcus Ewell Leadership Award. Amy is now serving on the National Committee as Mentorship Chair providing guidance and strategies to grow other local associations around the nation. Amy was appointed Board Member to the Advisory Board for the Arizona Real Estate Commissioner in 2025 and is currently serving a 6 year term. Amy’s former careers in education and automotive parts management have been pivotal in giving Amy the additional skills to educate her clients, keep tight timelines during a transaction, and relate to so many different kinds of business owners.
