Starting today, demolition is underway near the pool and grilling area by the office as we upgrade the gas grills and the poolside fireplace. 🔥 ⚠️ Important Safety Reminder: Certain areas will be closed off with caution fencing during construction. La Voz de Finisterra — February 2026 Newsletter La Voz de Finisterra — February 2026 Newsletter Dear Finisterra on Grove Residents, Happy February and welcome to the Month of Love. We are excited to share everything happening at Finisterra on Grove as we continue transforming our community with major upgrades and exciting new projects. Several large improvements have recently been completed, and even more enhancements are on the way as we elevate Finisterra toward a true A-class living experience. Community Upgrades — Recently Completed and In Progress Recently Completed Projects Carport painting project completed community-wide Fitness Center Phase One completed, including upgraded entryways with tile flooring and removal of older equipment Roof repairs and preventative maintenance completed throughout the community Exterior sprinkler replacement and repair project completed Solar screen installation project finalizing screens on all windows Fitness Center — Upcoming Phases Phase Two will include replacement of carpet with all-new flooring coming soon. Phase Three will include replacement of some equipment and the addition of new equipment. Building Exterior Signage Project New building and entry signage installation has begun, bringing a refreshed and modern appearance to Finisterra on Grove. Many amazing projects have been completed, and many more are still to come. Future upgrades will include additional outdoor space enhancements and amenity improvements. Featured Amenity Upgrades — Coming Soon Our new clubhouse updates are currently in progress. The outdoor grilling area is being refreshed and upgraded. Pool deck improvements are underway, including updated decking and new furniture. We look forward to sharing these upgraded spaces with you soon.
