Coldwell Banker Realty Awards Gala. What a night! We had so much fun celebrating with Arizona’s top producers. What a year 2025 was! Taking on a new role as Sales Manager for the East Valley while our real estate business stayed constant was definitely a balancing act. Thank you to my other half for all the hard work, long hours, non stop movement, drive time, and marketing you do. You are one of the hardest working individuals I know and you definitely deserved that diamond award! Nine years into this business and I look back with so much gratitude! I have learned so much, from so many people. But my family, really, is at the center of my journey. Real estate has been at the core of my family, from my great grandfather Earl C. Whitehead, who was a managing broker in Southern California, to my grandmother, Margie Whitehead-Sepulveda, a realtor here in Arizona, my Nana, Grace Neher also a realtor here in Arizona and my biggest mentor, my Dad, Scott Sepulveda, of Realty ONE Group here in Mesa, Az. He’s been instrumental in helping me grow in my knowledge of contracts, negotiations and navigating changing markets. He’s seen a lot in his two decades plus in real estate. I need an answer to something and he always answers immediately. Thank you Dad. I have so much pride in carrying on my family’s love of real estate. A year ago we were in Oceanside, about to make a big decision. Dominic and I aren’t ones for change. We were presented with an opportunity to make a change and honestly, I was terrified. I could see the potential possibilities but I couldn’t bring myself to take the leap. After much discussion, Dominic and I decided it was worth a shot. We would never know what was on the other side of the door unless we opened it. On that trip with the kids, we saw this mural. I knew it was time to reinvent ourselves. We made the change to Coldwell Banker Realty and we are so glad we did. The positivity, the opportunities, the tools, the support, and one I didn’t expect - a step into management with this brokerage. Thank you to all who supported us along the way. This year made me realize change isn’t always a bad thing & I am so glad we embraced it!
