Nine years into this business and I look back with so much gratitude! I have learned so much, from so many people. But my family, really, is at the center of my journey. Real estate has been at the core of my family, from my great grandfather Earl C. Whitehead, who was a managing broker in Southern California, to my grandmother, Margie Whitehead-Sepulveda, a realtor here in Arizona, my Nana, Grace Neher also a realtor here in Arizona and my biggest mentor, my Dad, Scott Sepulveda, of Realty ONE Group here in Mesa, Az. He’s been instrumental in helping me grow in my knowledge of contracts, negotiations and navigating changing markets. He’s seen a lot in his two decades plus in real estate. I need an answer to something and he always answers immediately. Thank you Dad. I have so much pride in carrying on my family’s love of real estate. It’s literally in my blood and something I’m so passionate about.
