2026 homebuyers, here’s my blanket advice to you all. Every situation is different but I will always say that you cannot judge your taxes based off of what the current sellers are paying. Sometimes it feels like a secret algebra problem where only the assessors have the final answers.. but do more homework than taking the current taxes for gospel!!

Somewhere between cheerleading, basketball, wrestling, a broken furnace, a sick husband, an art show, and a daddy daughter dance I was able to secure TWO amazing properties for my clients! Always so thankful for my wonderful clients and their trust in me. And in the spirit of transparency, my laundry is only half done.. my car is a disaster, inside and out.. dishes need washed.. calendars need organizing.. but we're basking in the little wins over here!
