The annual Summer Pool Credit program is now open for applications. 💦

Toledo water customers who fill a private swimming pool between May 1 and July 31 may be eligible for a one-time sewer credit of up to $50 on their account.

Eligible customers must complete an application form within 14 days of filling their pool to receive the credit. Applicants will be notified of their status within two weeks of submission. Credits may take up to two billing cycles to appear on an account. Apply at toledo.oh.gov/pool-credit

A couple months ago, I met Matt and Sydney after they were referred to me by a past client/friend. We started by talking through their plans, expecting a timeline of maybe next year… and then they said something that instantly lit me up:

“We want to move to Grayling, Michigan.”

If you know me, you know that’s my happy place — “Up North.” I’m pretty sure they saw it all over my face the second they said it.

We got them connected with a lender, and before we knew it, their dream was closer than either of them expected… so we hit the ground running. And yes — that included one unforgettable adventure down seasonal roads in feet of snow. If you know anything about Up North things roll a little differently up there 😅

Moments like this are why I love what I do. Being able to help amazing people not only find a home, but step into the life they’ve been dreaming about… it never gets old.
