Good afternoon my FB family. Happy Friday.

Sharing some Fall tips: Its time to change the furnance filters. The weather is cooling down and winter is around the corner. Fall is the time to make sure that our gutters and downspouts are clean after the leaves have fallen. Clogged gutters can cause damage to your house's roof system, foundation, and turf/pavement. As winter settles in and the temperatures hangs out closer to the freezing range, it is important to make sure that our pipes are prepped to handle the cold. A good resource for more information is WSSC: 301-206-4002. Oh, don't forget to turn-off water to outside faucets, remove the hoses, and drain the pipes.
