Updated Market Stats. It's more than a housing issue here in Central Texas. It's a major industry shift from the West. Tesla, Amazon, Oracle, Apple, Samsung, FaceBook, Tik Tok...etc etc are moving to Central Texas and/or have established residency here. If your waiting for the market to slow down any time soon or prices to shift your day dreaming. That's just reality. New construction homes are sold out up to a year in advance. Pre-existing homes are depleted...look at the stats below. It hasn't changed in two years. Labor and supplies are exhausted. If you need to buy a home in the Central Texas area you need to plan ahead and be reactive. I can't sell you something that doesn't exist so help me help you by staying informed and planning ahead.
