Tim took care of them and helped guide them and protect them through the process of finding and buying their first home as if they were his family. As we live 1400 miles away from them this was a great comfort to both my husband and I.
So recently my husband and I decided to make the move to Texas to be close to our children and future grandchildren. It was an easy choice to choose Tim as our agent to help us find our new home. I can say Tim did not disappoint, he is everything we heard from our kids experience and more! Even after we found, purchased and closed on our new home Tim is still there for us. Going above and way beyond what is required from him in his duties as our agent. As I stated we live 1,400 miles away and have to go back and forth to our current home and our new home in Texas. Tim has stepped up and took care of things for our new house. Small things that would require our time and money traveling back and forth to be there for these things. Without batting an eye he offered and has taken care of these things for us.
I highly recommend Magnolia Realty and Tim Kennedy. You will be well taken care of.

We took him on a roller coaster ride because we were here one minute and going the next. When we come back he show us a house that was ment to be. We would do it again a thousand times over.
