Some moments in real estate just hit different. ❤️
Today was one of those days.
At only 27 years old, Trae Burgess officially became a homeowner for the very first time right here in the town he grew up in, Roanoke, Alabama. Watching someone achieve a dream like this, especially in the community that helped raise them, is exactly why I do what I do.
A home is so much more than walls and a roof. It’s where future memories will be made, families will grow, holidays will be celebrated, and life will happen. Being trusted to walk alongside people during such a meaningful milestone is something I never take for granted.

An unexpected expense came up at the last minute that no one anticipated, and Lori stepped in and personally covered the cost just to help make sure Trae got to the closing table. That kind of heart, dedication, and commitment to helping people is something you do not forget.
And to the seller. Thank you for being a man of integrity. Before closing even took place, he personally met Trae, shook his hand, and stood behind both his good name and the hard work he poured into rebuilding this home with his own two hands. That kind of honor and pride in your work is rare, and it spoke volumes.
