You finally find the home you used to dream about. And I get a front-row seat. 🥹

I don’t think people realize how rewarding being given this kind of trust is. Because when you tell me you want to buy a home, I don’t just hear bedrooms, bathrooms, and a price range. I hear the dream behind it. The WHY.

The first-time buyer who’s worked so hard to get here. The family who needs a little more room to grow. The person starting over, building something new, or finally saying, “It’s my turn.” Downsizing.

And y’all, THAT is the part that gets me. Every single time. I’ve been doing this for almost 15 years, and I still get just as excited when my buyers find the one. I still get emotional on closing day. I still think about the memories that haven’t even happened yet inside those walls.
