One home feature I’ve always thought was SO brilliant: putting the laundry room right off — or even inside — the primary closet. 👏

Think about it… clothes come off → hamper → washer → dryer → and they’re basically already where they need to be. 😂 No hauling baskets across the house, no piles waiting to make their way back to the bedroom.

But I know some people are firmly on the other side and want the laundry room closer to the kitchen/main living area.

So I need to know… which team are you on? 👇

This one was tricky and we agreed that we would do the wave once it closed! The downside is, they weren't local wouldn't closed but they were spectacular sellers and I would do this deal 1000 times for them!

Home is so much more than an address. 🤎

It’s the coffee in the kitchen before the rest of the house wakes up. It’s everyone gathering around the island even when there are plenty of other places to sit. It’s quiet evenings, busy mornings, celebrations, ordinary Tuesdays, and all the little moments that eventually become the memories you keep.
