🚨 Don’t Skip the Sewer Scope Inspection 🚨

Most buyers focus on the roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC — and they should. But one of the most expensive issues can be hidden underground: the main sewer line.

A sewer scope inspection helps identify concerns such as:

🔍 Cracked or broken sewer lines
🔍 Root intrusion
🔍 Blockages or heavy buildup
🔍 Bellies or low spots in the line
🔍 Separated or damaged pipe sections
🔍 Improper repairs or older pipe material
