We've just started 3 more duplexes in Temple, TX.

They will be 4 beds, 2 baths each side. In two weeks, we have gone from raw land to beginning the framing! These should be rent-ready sometime in January!

Back at the custom home! Sheetrock installation is in progress, we finish exterior paint, working on the fence, we’re rocking and rollin 🤠🏠

2 more duplexes on the books. These have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each, 1300 sqft of living area, and are nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Temple TX. They turned out beautiful, and we’ve already gotten all units rented out! Can’t wait to start the next 3 very soon!

Here at the Custom Home in Salado. We passed the FMEP inspection! This stage, the inspector checks all framing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing before insulation and walls go up to ensure it meets the residential code standards. Next, insulation!
