There are 12 suites available to be leased. They are 9' x 16' and will include the electric, water, internet, security monitoring and janitorial in the monthly fee with the exception of leasing the entire building. All of the offices are furnished with an antique desk, filing cabinet, guest chairs, security monitor & a built in wall unit. This is a secure building with a front door that automatically locks behind you and is equipped with a buzz in panel that will come with an engraved name plate assigned to your suite.
Prices for the suites are as follows;
Single suite $425.00
First floor $2500.00 (7 suites)
Second floor $2100.00 (5 suites)
Entire bldg $3500.00
(12 suites plus an addt'l larger suite,
electric, water, internet & janitorial are not included, they will be a separate fee)
