I've noticed: this crazy hot market madness is dwindling down. 🤯

You may have also noticed this. The house down the street is still for sale after a week on the market. The videos and tiktoks about the bidding wars over something as crazy as throw pillows are coming to a halt. And buyers have started offering under asking price.

The hot market is cooling off.. And I honestly couldn’t be more excited!
