After 10 months on the market, my sellers officially closed today... and what a journey it was. Through life changing, grief, celebrations, uncertainty, a new baby, and everything in between…they stayed patient, trusted the process, and held steady. Today that patience paid off with closing a nearly full-price offer (literally within $500 🥹).
One of the hardest parts of real estate is that you truly get to know people. You celebrate with them, stress with them, problem solve with them… and then one day the file closes and you have to say goodbye. In this business, so many of my clients are friends, become friends, or are sent to me by people I care deeply about — which makes every closing feel a little more personal.
Their kindness, sweet words, and thoughtful gift completely humbled me today. I truly never expect gifts AT ALL!! Being trusted to represent someone through such a huge chapter of their life is already more than enough. Getting to walk alongside people during these moments is the real reward.
Real estate is a work-from-the-heart kind of career, and today was one of those days that reminded me exactly why I love it so much. ❤️ So thankful I got to represent these Veterans as they close one chapter and head into their next adventure.🇺🇸🇺🇸
