CLOSING DAY!

Because I have worked more with sellers over the last few years, I have missed helping buyers find their dream home. This was a fun one!

My favorite thing is walking in and watching the buyers picture and talk about where their belongings will go, how fun hosting will be, which room guests will stay in and their kids run into the rooms to establish which one will be theirs.
