Getting pre-approved is IMPORTANT when buying a home!

Although it's beginning to rise, home inventory (in New Jersey) is still low. That means, sellers oftentimes will have options to choose from in terms of bids from buyers.

Becoming pre-approved shows sellers that you are serious and there most likely won't be issues after closing. Also, getting pre-approved will allow you to rest easy knowing exactly how much you will get approved for in a loan. Prequalifications are merely just an estimate and you don't want to rely on that when purchasing your largest asset!
