This would also mark the beginning of a life of Entrepreneurship for Daniel. Finding success as a Contractor working with top NY Designers and Architects on projects for some of Manhattans most beautiful luxury homes, prepared Daniel for his next venture into the Hospitality industry. With a natural enthusiasm for excellence and an eye for detail, in 2004, Daniel joined the New York City culinary scene conceiving and creating critically acclaimed Taboon Restaurant. For 16 years Daniel helmed the flagship taboon oven-based restaurant as it "WOW'd" enthusiastic diners with both the exciting nature of wood-fired brick oven cooking and a signature “Middleterranean” cuisine. Today Daniel brings over 25 years of experience as a leader in contracting and hospitality to his work as a Realtor.
