It all started in 2004 with my decision to embark upon a career in Real Estate.

I set out fresh faced and eager, promising myself to work hard to be the best that I could be and to always hold my integrity close. In the 17 years that I have worked in this industry, I have learnt that determination, hard work, knowledge, generosity, honesty and loyalty all eventually pay off.

Fast forward to 2020 and it certainly was a memorable year. Like for many, it began with me being sick with Corona and then getting severe pneumonia. This led me to take stock of everything and to truly realise how blessed I am on both a personal and professional level. My family, friends, team and clients - they are everything to me. I am so grateful.

The Orly Chen Team sold more than any other team or agent in Tenafly and Bergen County. This year my team rated Number 1 in the state of NJ and Number 25 in the whole of the USA amongst thousands of Remax Agents. This is a feat and an achievement that I could only have dreamt of distantly in 2004...
