Hi, I’m looking for 1-2 pros:
1. with a large van to pick up my order at IKEA Paramus, bring furniture to Bergenfield, walk up about 5 steps to porch into ranch house, and build/set up the furniture.
2. Set up more furniture from Wayfair, Amazon, etc. if delivered in time.
3. Maybe the next day, install all window treatments, via ceiling rails.
All ideally from Friday afternoon and probably through the weekend.
Please advise of your hourly fee.

I remodel and flip or hold homes and only do Ikea kitchen for the simple reason that all fronts are interchangeable.
You can install the simplest white kitchen, and “sell” that the buyer can change all doors, drawer fronts and side panels to 10-20 different looks from glossy contemporary to shaker to traditional... just by changing maybe 1K in fronts.
Also, Ikea offers a 25 year warranty, which is great for investment properties with careless tenants.
