The statewide price gain of 2025 held up through the first quarter of 2026. Price was up 6.02 percent YoY to $5,246 per acre. The five-year annualized growth rate is now 9.73 percent, the lowest since 1Q2022.

It was pretty neat being chosen to participate in this month's issue of Texas Realtor magazine. 🤗
They were running an article on "Low-Tech Activities" we still use in this high-yield world, and the contribution I wanted to mention was about how I always handwrite out thank you cards to my clients. That definitely isn't the only low-tech method I use, but it has certainly been one of the most impacting on me and my clients.
