It was pretty neat being chosen to participate in this month's issue of Texas Realtor magazine. 🤗
They were running an article on "Low-Tech Activities" we still use in this high-yield world, and the contribution I wanted to mention was about how I always handwrite out thank you cards to my clients. That definitely isn't the only low-tech method I use, but it has certainly been one of the most impacting on me and my clients.

Good read on a land easement case. It highlights the importance of getting those access easements properly documented and recorded. Never assume a verbal agreement with friend or family, or a handshake will stand up forever. If you have land in Texas, or are wanting to buy land, it's good information to read over.
