A little piece of Jupiter history that feels personal to me… 💙
I recently read Josh Liller’s article in Jupiter Magazine about Trapper Nelson and his legendary camp on the Loxahatchee River. I have gone to Trapper Nelson’s camp many times. My grandparents used to tell me stories about visiting there while he was still alive and had local Florida wildlife he took care of on the property so this article brought back some good memories.

If you enjoy local history, I think you’ll love learning more about one of the characters who helped make our little corner of Florida so unique.

Jupiter Market Update! 🏡🌴
One thing I love about being a Realtor in Jupiter is getting to see firsthand how much this community continues to evolve.
The latest numbers are interesting: Jupiter has seen more residential sales activity so far in 2026 compared with this time last year, while home values have remained remarkably resilient.
To me, that’s a great reminder that real estate is never simply about “the market.” It’s about understanding your neighborhood, your property, your goals, and knowing how to navigate the opportunities in front of you.
