✅ What's happening: • NO parking fees for Palm Beach County residents at county beach parks • Commissioners unanimously agreed to keep resident parking FREE • Potential fees only being considered for out-of-county visitors • Free annual resident beach passes may be implemented

"Palm Beach County's beaches are one of our greatest public assets, and our residents should continue to have free access to the beach parking they have long enjoyed," said Commissioner Marino.

New growth continues across Palm Beach County!

This year, 2,788 new single-family homes were added to the tax roll, representing more than $3 billion in market value.

Did you know? Palm Beach Gardens led all municipalities in new single-family home construction. The top three neighborhoods for new homes added to the tax roll were Artistry, Avenir, and Panther National.

Important Property Tax Proposal Update📢

The Legislature has officially passed the Governor’s property tax proposal, with amendments included. View the full bill at https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2026F/1F/BillText/er/PDF.

While additional details are still being released, Floridians will see this amendment on the November 2026 ballot for approval.
