🏡 3 Things Sellers Can Do Before Photos
First impressions matter—and in today's market, buyers often decide whether to schedule a showing based on the photos alone!
Before your photographer arrives, make sure you've completed these 3 simple steps:
📦 1. Clear the Clutter
Kitchen counters, bathroom vanities, entryways, and nightstands photograph best when they're clean and simple. Less clutter helps buyers focus on the home—not your belongings.
💡 2. Let the Light In
Open blinds and curtains, replace burned-out bulbs, and turn on lamps. Bright, welcoming rooms always photograph better and feel more inviting online.
🌿 3. Add a Touch of Warmth
Fresh flowers, neatly folded towels, a bowl of fruit, or a few porch planters can make a home feel warm, welcoming, and move-in ready.
✨ Bonus Tip: Hide pet bowls, litter boxes, trash cans, and personal photos whenever possible.
Remember, the goal isn't to make your home look lived in—it's to help buyers picture themselves living there.
