I would like to take a moment to welcome Will Fouty to our Gibson Real Estate team!

Born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana, Will brings a strong sense of community and an entrepreneurial mindset to the Gibson Real Estate team. He attended both Indiana University, where he majored in entrepreneurship, and Indiana State University, where he studied sport management—blending his passion for business, leadership, and helping others succeed.

Before beginning his real estate career, he operated a successful seasonal retail business and worked in sales, hospitality, and customer relations, developing strong skills in leadership, communication, and marketing along the way.

Now as a real estate broker, Will is focused on helping clients find homes and investments that fit their goals while creating a stress-free, enjoyable experience. Driven, personable, and passionate about people, Will is excited to continue making a positive impact in his hometown—one property at a time.

Help our team welcome our newest agent, Mechelle Padgett.

Mechelle is a Terre Haute, Indiana native and a Business Management graduate of Harrison College in Terre Haute, IN. Prior to attending college, shortly after graduating high school, Mechelle left Terre Haute and joined the United States Navy. Thank you for your service!!!

She served seven years on active duty and was trained as an Air Traffic Controller. The last few years of active-duty Mechelle served as a United States Naval Recruiter, where she was trained proficiently in sales. After completion of her naval recruiting sales training, she was awarded with a certificate in Professional Selling Skills. During her time as a recruiter, she was awarded top recruiter and was recognized in the Recruiter Hall of Fame for Naval Recruiting District St. Louis.

After Mechelle's time in the Navy, she took her sales knowledge, coupled with her leadership and management skills and entered into the property management industry. She brings over 15 years of expertise in property management and is now a newly licensed Realtor!
