Investors love this website: www.biggerpockets.com and their data now shows Indy and surrounding areas as a top place to purchase single- and multi-family (2-4 unit) properties. Cleveland and Detroit OH are usually top contenders. Even better - Terre Haute is a more affordable price point and current rents make it great for cash flow. It's very competetive though with our record low inventory so a quickly scheduled tour is needed for some of our listings.
