I’m not saying I have the best clients, but I have the best clients. Today I had a flat tire while driving to have a seller sign a counteroffer, and who comes to help install my spare but my client and his son! 🙌🏻 A busy day in real estate can get CRAZY, so it always helps to know who you either have good tires to get you places or the right people to help you in a pinch!

Yet another successful closing! These two reached about a year ago to start talking about home buying, but we didn’t actually begin until late last year. Although it’s typically ideal to have an empty home when buyers begin to tour (so they can envision what the space would look like with their furniture), that’s not always the case. Some find it harder to envision a room with nothing in the home. STAGING/AI TO THE RESCUE! These two vacant homes just got a LITTLE cozier thanks to staged furniture, and helped make the envisioning process a little easier.
