Hi, I’m Shania, a dedicated real estate agent who believes buying or selling a home is about so much more than a transaction—it’s about building the life you want.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I owned and operated a successful small apparel business for five years. That experience taught me the value of hard work, exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships—qualities I bring to every client I have the privilege of serving.

I’m happily married and a proud mom to three amazing children—two boys and one girl—as well as a wonderful stepson. As an autism mama, I understand that every family has unique needs, and I strive to provide patience, compassion, and personalized guidance throughout every step of the home-buying or selling journey.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me making memories with my family. We love spending time outdoors, whether we’re kayaking, exploring local outdoor markets, or simply enjoying nature together. At home, our family wouldn’t be complete without our cat and three dogs, who keep life fun and full of energy.
