The people spoke and we listened !! What was a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath has now been transformed into a two bedroom two full bath. We took the half bath from Model C and turned it into a full bath with entry only from the primary bedroom. This transforms this model into a true Primary Suite. New name is Model C 2/2 and guess what’s the best part…Fortified Gold construction for a mere $223,000 !!!
Call me 504-481-8803 so we can discuss your pre sale options !!
