Our Story

Tim Bobroske founded The Tim Bobroske Company LLC, in 1976 by cleaning and fixing chimneys. Lynne joined the business and in 2004, and it became a woman owned construction company. After more than forty years in the building and property management industry and having utilized their expertise in masonry, building single family homes and commercial buildings they have been primarily focused on their three Adult Living Rental Communities. They designed and built the 3 communities for a total of 168 units which house more than 200 residents. The communities they have created have inviting and roomy living areas, beautiful landscaping and have professionally maintained exteriors, resulting in apartment living that is both comfortable and worry-free.

Tim & Lynne are extremely devoted to their businesses and their commitment to the long term can be seen in their extreme dedication to both their properties and their meticulous selection process of finding long term tenants. The Bobroske’s focus on independent living communities, brings attractive, accessible, safe and affordable options to convenient and desirable locations throughout Litchfield County. Although these communities all feature convenient living, they do not include any type of daily assistance or medical surveillance. A fourth Adult Living Rental location in Wolcott, Connecticut is to break ground in spring of 2019, and proposed for completion in the late fall of 2020 or early 2021. This new project will be also be built, owned and managed by Tim & Lynne.
