This month, a client of mine was looking to brighten up her office, which previously had a dull gray color that lacked vitality. She was drawn to blue-green hues and we arranged a consultation to explore different colors and lighting options. We selected Meander blue from Sherwin-Williams as the ideal shade. A few weeks later, my client painted her room a similar shade, Venus Teal, from Behr.

I organized my deep-shelved pantry today. I forgot to take before pictures 😠 But believe me, it was a hot mess!
I started by pulling everything out and organizing into like-categories. Mine were: breakfast, breads, storage baggies, kids snacks, everyone snacks, bags (reusable and paper), and liquor. We keep our cans and dry goods in the kitchen upper cabinets.
With the liquor, I don’t really have another place to put it. I put it on the top of the pantry since I don’t need to access often. I made a list of what I have for reference when I’m making cocktails, especially the rarely used bottles that are in the back.
I put the kids snacks on a low shelf for easy access. I used plastic tubs to organize things. I love the large basket at the bottom of the pantry.
I know this isn’t Pinterest-worthy, not magazine styled, but it works for me. I feel so much more organized and can SEE everything.

My shed makeover is complete! What a long project, I’ll never do this again, but I’m so proud that it’s finished.
I replaced boards and trim, replaced a window, sanded chipped paint, and painted the whole thing gray to match my deck.
