We are so excited to welcome Janine to our team!🎉
Combining her experience in real estate with her passion for interior design, most notably as a master in Feng Shui, Janine sees herself as a new and unique type of real estate agent. She uses her knowledge and expertise in the ancient Chinese philosophy to give her clients a new perspective on the process of buying and selling homes. As THE Feng Shui realtor, Janine can gauge your compatibility with a home based on many different factors like your birthday, the orientation of a house, the year it was built, and more. Janine's work ethic is fueled by her love for helping others and connecting and balancing clients with their living spaces. In addition to being a Realtor, Janine also owns Blue Lotus Feng Shui, which offers interior, exterior and landscape design services. Janine's prior work and education include going to school for interior design, years of experience with commercial and kitchen design, and certifications in Reiki, Crystal Healing and Pranic Healing.

Janine has visited and stayed in many parts of the world, including spending seven years in San Diego, working on an aircraft carrier in Hawaii, and traveling to Japan and South Korea as a school photographer for the Department of Defense. Janine brings a variety of personal and work life-experiences to the job and is proud to be able to offer a fresh view on real estate. Her energy, ambition and passion for designing has allowed her to expand her work to include real estate investing services like property analyses and acquisitions, and interior and exterior designing for vacation rentals.

Janine lives in the seacoast area of Massachusetts with her fiance and their two-year-old daughter, both of whom she considers her everything. When taking a break from her passions for design and real estate, Janine loves getting into nature. She especially likes exploring local areas and soaking in all the beauty of New England. Some of her other hobbies include photography and jewelry design.
